Season OneFounders
There will only ever be one first crossing.
Every game that lasts long enough eventually has a group of people who were there at the start. Usually nobody thinks to mark it until years later, when it is too late to prove.
We are marking it now.
What a founder receives
- The Season One premium pass, in full.
- A permanent Founder identity that stays on the account for as long as it exists.
- An exclusive board, made for the opening of the voyage.
The board does not come back. It will not appear in the store in a later season, and it will not be sold when the number is full. It belongs to this moment, and only to it.
Why scarcity, and why only here
Scarcity is easy to fake and easy to abuse. So we are keeping it to one thing: the record of when you arrived. Nothing a founder holds makes the dice kinder or the board easier. It is a mark, not an advantage.
That distinction matters to us. A game with real competition cannot sell the competition. It can only sell what the competition looks like.
Years from now, if you find one across the table, you will know exactly when that player arrived.
One thousand, then closed
The count is the first thousand accounts of Season One. When it is reached, the Founding 1000 closes for good and the voyage carries on without it.
The first crossing begins on 1 September 2026, and the game is downloadable before it. After that day, everyone who joins is arriving somewhere that already exists. Which is its own pleasure, but it is not the same one.
